red clay verde hot sauce

if you know us you know that we are serious about our hot sauce. We have an entire lazy suzy FULL of hot sauce in our kitchen. red clay hot sauce (out of charleston, sc) has remained one of our favorites... this serrano pepper sauce is blended with cilantro, fennel and onion to create a yummy herby medium-heat green sauce. try it on everything from veggies, meat, tacos, and scrambled eggs, to avocados. or even better, combine all of the above and have it on your breakfast tacos! 

ingredients: serrano peppers, vinegar, water, spices, onion, xanthan gum.
